Arsenal legend Thierry Henry has called on the Gunners to be honest with themselves about their chances of winning the Premier League, following a commanding 4-1 victory over Tottenham Hotspur.

Henry praised the team’s performance, highlighting their attacking prowess and squad depth. Leandro Trossard opened the scoring, and Eberechi Eze stole the spotlight with a sensational hat-trick, while Spurs’ Richarlison netted only a consolation goal.

Henry said the win underscores Arsenal’s growing confidence and potential to challenge for the title. “At some point, you have to embrace it. The process isn’t just theory anymore — it’s happening. You have to be honest,” he stated.

He emphasized the importance of a winning mindset. “The squad is strong, even with some players not on the pitch. Look at how they played — there’s no need to complain about absences. They need to approach the league as favourites. I’m not saying they will win it, but they must act like they can.”

Henry’s comments add to the growing optimism around Arsenal, who have been demonstrating consistent form and attacking flair in the early stages of the season.
